From entering the extremely clean and fresh office I was greeted the receptionist was friendly and made great conversation. Alison the NP took her time to review my online forms and was very knowledgeable about all procedures. I was impressed that she showed me the bottle so I would feel comfortable I was getting correct product. Alison did not try and oversell me. I am very conservative with injections and she was on the same page. Less is better we can always add more. I felt extremely comfortable I had only been to one other estetician in my previous state and was nervous about going somewhere new. I will be returning to this clinic.

I booked my appointment with Emily, who I originally consulted a few months ago. She went on maternity leave right after, but I knew I wanted to wait for her—and I’m SO glad I did. She’s the best! She took the time to explain everything—from how injectables work to the different muscles in our face and why she was injecting in certain areas. Plus, she kept things conservative because, let’s be real, we’re not trying to look frozen in time over here.

You are offered a very very good tasty European coffee and treated with love and care! Alison - nurse practitioner was my Botox specialist! She showed me her professional skills and knowledge by explaining how each facial muscle works and what could be possible expectations after having Botox in each particular muscle and what facial changes would happen! It was VERY informative! She was very patient and she has this magic touch I could not even feel any pain from injections! I was very pleased with the services!

I walked in looking like a basset hound with big bags under my eyes and marionette lines. It had been a long time since I had any filter done so I was in desperate need. I was a little nervous because in the past it had always been a painful experience. Dr. Anne was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure I had no discomfort. Best experience I have ever had. And to top it off, ZERO bruising! I had SIX vials and no bruising. The results are perfect.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable at both locations and very hospitable for a tea or coffee, fruit flavored water perhaps a small snack. The reception is very helpful with finding your points or how to get signed up for bonuses. And the clinicians are good listeners and straightforward about treatment goals and expectations.

Firstly, what a beautiful office! So clean and inviting with all the sparkle and Glamour a woman could ask for. I was greeted by a wonderful front desk coordinator and Was greeted by the doctor herself who is a very uplifting and beautiful woman. You can always tell if someone does great work with injections when you see what they look like! I was then greeted by a nurse practitioner who did a wonderful job with explaining and sharing that I didn’t need very much. Again, I cannot tell you how important that is and should be to anyone having things injected they should be honest and they were.

Staff is extremely friendly and my wonderful technician explained every single process along the way she also discussed the cost of everything so there were no surprises.

Emily Corzatt, Nurse Practitioner, was very astute in recommending that I double check with my primary dermatologist about a questionable spot on my cheek, before we pursued BBL treatment. She was absolutely correct! A subsequent biopsy of revealed Melanoma, stage 1. I just had 2 surgeries at OSU James, including 6 hours of facial reconstruction and a hospitalization. Certainly no fun, but it was Emily's intuition that caught this early on! It could have been worse!

Krystal is amazing with careful recommendations for healthy improvements to my face, neck, and décolleté. My results are truly beautiful. I don’t usually say that about myself. I’m so grateful for her expertise and thankful that she supports me in my fight against aging.
