Firstly, what a beautiful office! So clean and inviting with all the sparkle and Glamour a woman could ask for. I was greeted by a wonderful front desk coordinator and Was greeted by the doctor herself who is a very uplifting and beautiful woman. You can always tell if someone does great work with injections when you see what they look like! I was then greeted by a nurse practitioner who did a wonderful job with explaining and sharing that I didn’t need very much. Again, I cannot tell you how important that is and should be to anyone having things injected they should be honest and they were.

Emily is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. She took the time to explain each step and answered all my questions with patience and care. Highly recommend! Thank you Emily!!!

Kristi Lock manages my skin care services, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is an expert with her product knowledge and understanding of skin services. Anne is truly the BEST at what she does! She and her staff are incredibly friendly and professional! Her girls talk all the time about how blessed they feel to work for her which doesn't surprise me in the least! She makes injections so painless and the results are always amazing, yet subtle. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable at both locations and very hospitable for a tea or coffee, fruit flavored water perhaps a small snack. The reception is very helpful with finding your points or how to get signed up for bonuses. And the clinicians are good listeners and straightforward about treatment goals and expectations.

Emily Corzatt, Nurse Practitioner, was very astute in recommending that I double check with my primary dermatologist about a questionable spot on my cheek, before we pursued BBL treatment. She was absolutely correct! A subsequent biopsy of revealed Melanoma, stage 1. I just had 2 surgeries at OSU James, including 6 hours of facial reconstruction and a hospitalization. Certainly no fun, but it was Emily's intuition that caught this early on! It could have been worse!

I have been going to Kristina for almost 10 years! I have gotten multiple services and products and am always satisfied. Besides the top notch service from Kristina, the entire staff at the office is always so welcoming and the accommodating. The offices are gorgeous and peaceful as well. I recently moved out of state and still come home just to get my Botox by Kristina and I still have products ship directly to me monthly!

Consult was fantastic, and detailed! The amount of time Hannah took was just patient, and explained how diff parts of your face require more intense injections than others.Then Dr. Anne. Was gentle, conversational, kind, honest and open. This is the best experience I've ever had and I used to go to Gramercy Park NYC. Don't go elsewhere, these ladies know what they are doing with class, care, and kindness!
